Cotton Fabric Phenolic Laminates
CCCPL is manufacturer of high pressure cotton phenolic laminates. They are produced by infusing phenolic resin with continuous cotton cloth and then pressed under high pressure and controlled temperature. We have variety of cotton fabric ( COARSE/ MEDIUM/ FINE WEAVE) available that can be infused with modified phenolic resin to produce various grades and specifications.
This material can be used for bearings, bushes, bearing housing, gears, rollers for cable industries, back-up ring for packaging and mechanical components. These are also used where electrical insulation is required with structural / mechanical strengths.
